Diet Comment
Given what I ate over the weekend, this gain is no surprise. From Saturday morning to late Sunday night, I ate four meals in restaurants, and a bunch of off-plan stuff at a pot-luck. Yeah, no surprise at all.

5:40pm, at CoreLife Greens & Grains: Buddha Bowl (roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, quinoa, black beans, chick peas, red salsa, cotija, cilantro, parmesan cheese).
Dinner
9:25pm: A Quest bar with almond butter, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 67+ oz.;
