Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    198.1 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/11/22):        195.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 2.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
Given what I ate over the weekend, this gain is no surprise. From Saturday morning to late Sunday night, I ate four meals in restaurants, and a bunch of off-plan stuff at a pot-luck. Yeah, no surprise at all.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:30pm: 
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, parmesan cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers) and oatmeal with blueberries (and Greek yogurt, kefir, walnuts, cacao nibs, mushroom powder, nutritional yeast, cinnamon and stevia).
Lunch
5:40pm, at CoreLife Greens & Grains: Buddha Bowl (roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, quinoa, black beans, chick peas, red salsa, cotija, cilantro, parmesan cheese).

Dinner
9:25pm: A Quest bar with almond butter, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 67+ oz.;
