Diet Comment
No change over the weekend. Unfortunately I had episodes of atrial fibrillation (A-Fib) Saturday night to early Sunday morning. That could be why. We'll see what my cardiac team has to say about that.

10:35pm: Chicken sandwich on Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with homemade mayonnaise, and curry ramen (ViteRamen high-protein, high-fiber ramen soup) with brussel sprouts, and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
