Breakfast
1:10pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, wild blueberries, walnuts, kefir, Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, nutritional yeast, mushroom powder, cacao nibs, cinnamon, stevia). Not shown: scrambled eggs with cheese. 
Lunch

7:05pm: Manchego cheese and carrots and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and almond butter.

Dinner
11:15pm: Sliced rotisserie chicken salad (chicken, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette
. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese. Two squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
