7:05pm: Manchego cheese and carrots and homemade mayonnaise. A Quest bar and almond butter.
Dinner
11:15pm: Sliced rotisserie chicken salad (chicken, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette. Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese. Two squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 54+ oz.;
