A negligible loss - really, the same. That's a good thing.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm: 
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, Dubliner cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Not shown: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese.
Lunch
5:30pm: 
A Quest bar and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea sal.

Dinner
11:45pm: Chicken salad (sliced rotisserie chicken with arugula, cabbage, chard, kale and spinach, with balsamic vinaigrette), and a couple of squares of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 18 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
