Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    196.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/8/22):         196.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
After so may days at the same weight, I felt something would change today. Not much did, but it was to the upside, so not ideal. But the small gain was close, very close, to ideal.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:45pm:
Overnight oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, mixed berries, walnuts, kefir, whey protein powder, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon, stevia).
Lunch
6:05pm: A Quest bar and cottage cheese and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Dinner
11:45pm: Fried eggs and riced cauliflower and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 16 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.; and a good pour of Jameson's Irish whiskey
