Net Loss/Gain:                     - 2.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
Two things: 1, I think I was right about yesterday's scale reading was wrong, somehow. B, I think the Peruvian chocolate squares I've been eating, my current favorite chocolate, are an aid to weight loss.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:10pm:
Broccoli, shaved parmesan cheese, scrambled eggs, Everything seasoning.
Lunch
7:05pm: Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grains bread with cream cheese and walnuts, a 
Quest bar and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Dinner
10:35pm: Manchego cheese, carrots with homemade mayonnaise and a square of 84% Peruvian chocolate with nibs and sea salt.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
