Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                   202.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/10):           203.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    - 1.0 lbs.

Diet Comment
An on-plan day, and I reverse weight gain. It's almost easy (except when it's not). On a side note, I'm going to start calling my first meal of the day breakfast, whenever it is, and going forward, note the time I eat.


Food Log
Breakfast
3:45pm:
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cheese and bacon. Not shown: Toasted Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with butter.
Lunch
6:30pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
8:30-11:30pm: As I made my way to a couple of open mics, I had a beer, an Irish, and another beer.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz. plus two beers and a nice pour (more than a shot) of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
