Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                   201.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/5):            200.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    + 1.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
I'm guessing this little blip up is due to my dinner at Tilted Kilt (salt) and the unusual amount of alcohol consumed last night. I'll be there every week for a while, and I won't make that mistake again.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Lentil curry and scrambled eggs with steamed greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds and quinoa.

Dinner
At Abbott Village Tavern: BBQ pulled chicken on a bun with french fries. Terrible, but I was really hungry!

Snack
A Quest bar, almond butter, cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 2;  Coffee:  0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz. plus two high-alcohol draft beers
