Food and Diet



Today's Weight:                   203.0 lbs.
Previous Weight (5/9):            200.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                    + 2.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
This is why I never, by choice, eat breakfast or lunch at places that don't have any choices at all that fit my eating plan. Yesterday's lunch (which was supposed to be somewhere else than a barbecue joint, totalled me - I went home and took a nap after, with little-to-no energy to do anything when I woke up. And I woke up hungry, and ate the rest of the day, on-plan, but still unhappy with how I felt. At the end of the day, I hadn't done a single thing I'd wanted to do.


Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
Green protein shake with almond-coconut milk, kefir, extra-large organic egg, chia gel, kale, whey powder (36g protein), almond butter, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, celery, moringa leaf powder, cinnamon, and stevia-inulin blend.

Dinner
Sriracha chicken, goat cheese and cole slaw.

Snack
Almond butter, cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 74+ oz.
