At Core Grains, Greens and Broth:
Chicken Cobb salad (shredded kale and romaine, grilled chicken, avocado, bacon, hard-cooked egg and blue cheese dressing with a little sriracha).
Dinner
Roast beef with cole slaw and a Quest bar.

Snack
Cottage cheese and almond butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz. and a couple of shots of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
