Lunch
Omelet with peppers, onion, greens, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cheese and bacon. Not shown: Toasted Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted grain bread with butter.
Dinner
Sriracha chicken breast and roast beef with cole slaw.

Snack
A Quest bar with almond butter.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee:  28 oz.;  Water: 102+ oz.
