A loss is a loss, even when it's small. It's an anti-gain! I'm in a weird mood.

Breakfast
3:15pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

Skipped.

Dinner
10:45pm: Cauliflower-crust veggie pizza with a side salad (arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach
, Green Goddess avocado oil salad dressing), and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 60+ oz.;
