Diet Comment
Well, that's it: the highest weight of the year, by a quarter pound. I'm going to have to be serious now. Seriously. Back to weight-loss basics: Lower carbs, more water.

Food Log
Breakfast
2:45pm:
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, goat cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers).
Lunch
9:20pm: Salmon salad (wild-caught canned salmon, homemade mayonnaise, celery, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach).

Dinner
11:40pm: A 
Quest bar, cream cheese and walnuts.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 90+ oz.;
