Today's Weight:                    200.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/22/23):        202.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 1.5 lbs.
Diet Comment
I was pretty well-behaved, food-wise, over the weekend, and Sunday, I actually ate very little, but I did have more than my usual amount of Jameson's. So, this is how I leave it. My next post will be with my travel blog format.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:00pm: Dal Tadka (lentil curry) with kale, mushrooms and spinach on riced cauliflower.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
6:45pm, at the Maplewood Grill:
This is the half of the reuben sandwich, sans the Thousand Island dressing that will be tomorrow's breakfast. Not shown: The half reuben sandwich I did eat, along with a small portion of freshly made potato chips and an order of Buffalo-style cauliflower (see pic above).

Liquid Intake
