Diet Comment
Repeat from yesterday: I'll take the loss however small. It's not a gain! Third successful day - yes, it could have been better, but the trend is good.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm:
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, Swiss cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers).
Lunch
6:15pm: Chicken salad (chicken breast, Dubliner cheese, walnuts, Spring Mix greens, red cabbage, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette).

Dinner
9:25pm: Whipped cottage cheese and blueberries, with cacao nibs
, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
