Food and Diet


Today's Weight:                    202.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/8/23):         202.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     - 0.1 lbs.
Diet Comment
I'll take the loss however small. It's not a gain! Third successful day - yes, it could have been better, but the trend is good. I found out yesterday I have been exposed to Covid-19, now I'm waiting nervously to see if I got infected - no symptoms so far, but it's too early.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

5:35pm: Carrots and celery with homemade mayonnaise, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
11:25pm: 
Miso ramen and greens (Vite-Ramen high-protein, high-fiber ramen, miso flavor, kale and spinach) and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
