Breakfast
1:55pm:
Oatmeal plus (rolled oats, chia and hemp seeds, blueberries, whey protein, walnuts, kefir, cacao nibs, nutritional yeast, cinnamon).
Lunch

6:25pm: Big-ass chicken salad (rotisserie chicken breast, shaved parmesan, Spring Mix, cabbage, tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette).

Dinner
11:15pm: A
 Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
