All I can say is, it's below where I was Monday. I was hoping for better, though.

Pasta, eggs, and veggies (Edamame and mung bean fettuccine, eggs, goat cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, peppers and onions). |
7:00pm: Popcorn (air-popped) with olive oil and Everything seasoning, and celery with homemade mayonnaise.
Dinner
11:25pm: Wild blueberries and Greek yogurt and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 20 oz.; Water: 48+ oz.;
