Diet Comment
Second day of 'dieting' (just being strict with my dietary guidelines) is my second day of success. Yes, I'm going for three-in-a-row.

Food Log
Breakfast
1:55pm:
Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, goat cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers). Yes, again.
Lunch
7:00pm: Carrots and homemade mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and walnuts, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
10:25pm: Salad (chicken breast, Spring Mix, cabbage, balsamic vinaigrette)
, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 72+ oz.;
