Diet Comment
I got some interesting news today, that might shed some light on my overall upward weight trend. It seems, after being stable for decades, my thyroid hormone supplement has been insufficient. My doctor called to tell me that, for the second time in two weeks, he must increase my thyroid hormone supplement. This is the result of blood tests done six months ago, two weeks ago, and yesterday. Weight gain is one effect of insufficient thyroid hormone, so there you are. Nothing I ate yesterday explains today's weigh-in result.

Dinner
10:00pm: Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds mushroom protein, chopped kale and spinach, Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce) with shaved parmesan cheese on riced cauliflower, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
Espressos: 1; Coffee: 22 oz.; Water: 44+ oz.;
