Diet Comment
I'm a little mystified by today's weight gain. Yes, my thyroid hormone hasn't been at a good level, but I felt lighter and thought my eating yesterday was on point. Oh, well.

Breakfast
1:55pm: Scrambled eggs with Dubliner cheese, and buttered Ezekiel 4:9 Flax sprouted-grain toast.

5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl (roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, red salsa, cotija, tortilla strips, cilantro, Mexican crema).
Dinner
11:25pm: Swiss cheese, celery, homemade mayonnaise.
5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery: Sweet Potato Buddha Bowl (roasted sweet potatoes, spinach, quinoa, black beans, chickpeas, red salsa, cotija, tortilla strips, cilantro, Mexican crema).
Dinner
11:25pm: Swiss cheese, celery, homemade mayonnaise.
