Food and Diet
Today's Weight:                    203.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/1/23):         203.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                     + 0.7 lbs.
Diet Comment
The only explanation I can think of for this gain is the pizza I had late last night. I still have three of these pizzas in my freezer. I think they are like the 'healthy' frozen yogurt in Seinfeld. Going forward, I will be having this pizza for breakfast, and my usual breakfast for dinner that night. And when I'm done, I will stop buying it. Too bad - when I thought it fit into my eating plan, I enjoyed it. But it won't be difficult giving it up.

Veggie and cheese omelet (eggs, goat cheese, kale, spinach, mushrooms, onions and peppers).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
10:25pm: Chicken
 salad (chicken breast, walnuts, shaved parmesan, arugula, cabbage, chard, kale, spinach, Wegman's Green Goddess avocado oil dressing), pork rinds, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;  Coffee: 22 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
