Diet Comment
The only explanation I can think of for this gain is the pizza I had late last night. I still have three of these pizzas in my freezer. I think they are like the 'healthy' frozen yogurt in Seinfeld. Going forward, I will be having this pizza for breakfast, and my usual breakfast for dinner that night. And when I'm done, I will stop buying it. Too bad - when I thought it fit into my eating plan, I enjoyed it. But it won't be difficult giving it up.
