Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      198.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/28/18):          199.8 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 1.0 lbs.

Diet Comment
I actually thought my weight was going to go up - it seemed to me I ate a lot of food yesterday, a little bit of which was off-plan (corn). But, no! I dropped a pound, instead. Why? Who knows? But I'm happy about it, and grateful for this good-looking post-LA chart (note declining trend line).

Food Log
Breakfast
4:50pm: Scrambled eggs with peppers and onions on a salad with kale, spinach, arugula, shaved parmesan, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:00am: Cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.; and two big shots of Jameson's Irish whiskey
