Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      199.6 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/26/18):          201.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 1.6 lbs.

Diet Comment
Well, that was quick! I really bounced right back, possibly thanks to a lot of bowel movements last night and this morning. Apparently, my strange eating, plus all the time I spent driving, slowed my digestion down. Back to normal, now. That being said, today's meal at Limp Lizard could easily reverse the loss..

Food Log
Breakfast
3:20pm:
A LEO (lox, eggs and onions). Not shown: A chopped salad (Spring Mix and spinach, cabbage, walnuts, shaved parmesan and balsamic vinaigrette).
Lunch
6:55pm, at Limp Lizard BBQ:
Cowboy salad: Grilled chicken, field greens, black bean salad, onions, tomatoes, cheese, southwest ranch dressing, pita points (which were not eaten). 
Dinner
12:45am: Cottage cheese, walnuts and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 44+ oz.;
