Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      201.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/5/18):           202.3 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
There was a lot of off-plan eating over the weekend - parties and such. Quite a bit of alcohol consumed as well. Even though I didn't gain weight, if felt like I had, so I did a 19-hour fast.
Food Log
Breakfast
2:30pm: 
Cauliflower rice bake: Cauliflower, onions, peppers, spinach, kale, eggs and Dubliner cheese.
Lunch
5:00pm, at CoreLife Eatery:
Chicken bone broth with kale, Mesclun mix, tomatoes, edamame, 
Dinner
11:45pm: Pepperoni and cottage cheese and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 20 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 56+ oz.;
