Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      199.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/8/18):           200.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 1.3 lbs.

Diet Comment
This is a victory week, a mission-accomplished week, weight-wise. I do want to lose about ten pounds more, but that will probably have to wait for the Spring, as my Winter vacation begins in about a month. Meanwhile, I'm in shouting distance of my low for the year - 197.7 lbs. - and I'm thinking this might be a good weekend to hit it.
Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
8:15pm:
Veggie Sloppy Joe (Quorn Grounds in Wegman's Grandpa's Sauce) on peppered spaghetti squash with shaved parmesan cheese. And a Quest bar for dessert.
Dinner
11:30pm: The rest of the Veggie Sloppy Joe, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
