Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      199.2 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/12/18):          198.7 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 0.5 lbs.

Diet Comment
About three-quarters of an hour after I weighed myself, I took a big dump. I am certain that if I waited that 45 minutes before weighing myself, I would have lost weight. We'll see, tomorrow, but I'm not worried, one way or the other.

Food Log
Breakfast
5:40pm: 

Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, celery, home-made mayonnaise) on Spring Mix and cabbage and spinach, walnuts, bacon and balsamic vinaigrette).
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
11:30pm: Scrambled eggs with onions and peppers with brussel sprouts, a Quest bar and a dark chocolate bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 78+ oz.;
