Dinner
11:00pm: Pork rinds, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans) sautéed in olive oil, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
3:50pm:
Smoked salmon, eggs and brussel sprouts. |
