Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      199.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/27/18):          199.6 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 0.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
This is pretty much no change. About which, I find myself with nothing to say.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:50pm:
Smoked salmon, eggs and brussel sprouts.
Lunch
6:35pm: Venison pemmican, bison pemmican, and a Quest bar.

Dinner
11:00pm: Pork rinds, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans) sautéed in olive oil, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 84+ oz.;
