Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.3 lbs.
Diet Comment
I have a new theory about my sudden weight-gain yesterday: Low thyroid hormone. I realized this morning I had skipped my first-thing-in-the-morning synthroid. I bet my weight comes down at tomorrow's weigh-in.
Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with home-made almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, blueberries, kale, spinach, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
9:00pm: Chinese takeout: vegetable egg foo yung and vegetable fried rice.

Dinner
12:45am: Dubliner cheese, walnuts, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.;
