Diet Comment
I ate so badly over the weekend that yesterday's bad but light eating still has me losing weight.

Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm, at Limp Lizard BBQ:
Cowboy salad: Grilled chicken, field greens, black bean salad, onions, tomatoes, cheese, southwest ranch dressing, pita points. Not shown: Cornbread. 
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:00am: Two Quest bars.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
