Today's Weight:                      200.1 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/22/18):           201.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.9 lbs.
Diet Comment
My fourth consecutive weight losing weigh-in. My weight typically bounces around within a given week, but this week it's been all losses. I don't know if that's a record, but I am very happy.
Food Log
Breakfast
5:15pm: 
Brussels sprouts with eggs, prosciutto, Dubliner cheese and hemp seeds
Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:20am: Carrots and mayonnaise and a Quest bar with cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
