Diet Comment
I'm back on track, with immediate positive results.
Food Log
Breakfast
4:20pm: Salmon salad (wild-caught salmon, celery and homemade mayonnaise) and a chopped salad with cabbage, kale, spinach, walnuts, shaved parmesan cheese, a hard-boiled egg and balsamic vinaigrette.

Lunch
7:00pm: A Quest bar.

Dinner
12:40am: Carrots and mayonnaise, prosciutto and steamed brussel sprouts with olive oil, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 74+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
