Today's Weight:                      199.9 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/23/18):           200.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.2 lbs.
Diet Comment
A great week, weight-wise: I lost weight every day, including Monday. I don't know if this has happened even one time since I started working on maintenance in July, 2011. But now it's happened, and here I am, more than seven years later, under 'goal' weight. Happy dance!
Food Log
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
7:15pm: Salmon salad: Salmon, mayonnaise, cabbage, celery, chard, kale, spinach, walnuts, a hard-boiled egg, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
12:20am: Prosciutto and Dubliner cheese, carrots and mayonnaise, and a Quest bar with cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 0 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 54+ oz.;
