Food and Diet 
Today's Weight:                      208.5 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/10/18):           203.4 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 5.1 lbs.

  
Diet Comment
I ate very, very off-plan, all weekend, having many meals out and finishing up at a pool party and barbecue. A five-pound gain isn't really funny, but I'm not taking it too seriously. I will get back to eating on plan. Tomorrow. Today, I got 'suckered' into eating out again.

Food Log
Breakfast
7:30pm: A Quest bar.

Lunch
12:15am, at Denny's: An Ultimate omelet (crumbled sausage, bacon, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and Swiss cheese) with dry rye toast and hash browns.

Dinner
1:30am: A Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 24 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
