Today's Weight:                      202.7 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/17/18):           204.1 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
I think of coming off any weekend with a loss as a minor miracle. I'm usually out and about, semi-forced to eat restaurant food (deadly to weight loss, for the most part) with lots of alcohol included. Not this weekend! Total win, as far as I'm concerned.

Breakfast

Lunch
8:15pm: LEO (lox, eggs and onions) with a slice of Ezekiel 4:19 Flax toast and guacamole, and steamed brussel sprouts with olive oil.

Dinner
1:15am: A Quest bar and cottage cheese.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 48+ oz.;
