Tomorrow is a travel day. So is Saturday. So is Sunday. So is Monday.
My niece is getting married in Boston. I'm driving my brother and sister-in-law from Brooklyn. It will be nice to spend all that time with them, I'm looking forward to the whole trip.
But it's a lot of driving! I'm breaking it up by spending tomorrow and Sunday night in Manhattan, and that means I'll be driving at least a couple of hundred miles every day.
I'm reporting, not complaining. I expect to be having an enjoyable drive all that time.
But there won't be any blog entries until Tuesday, which means the next post will be Wednesday.
I expect I'll weigh more. Traveling always involves restaurant eating for me. Except in Chiang Mai, food is usually the biggest expense when traveling. Chiang Mai's food is dirt cheap, though.
Manhattan and Boston aren't.

Damn. It would appear I am stuck - and with a big weekend coming up, when I will be eating at restaurants, except for an expensive catered wedding, and will be hard-pressed not to overindulge.

4:30pm: Green protein smoothie with home-made almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch

12:10am: Roast beef and brussel sprouts, salad (chard, spinach, kale, cabbage, shaved parmesan, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette) and two Quest bars.
