Previous Weight (8/24/18):           199.9 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 2.8 lbs.
Diet Comment
What a weekend! It's good that I checked in with a low weight Friday, because Saturday and Sunday resembled my old cheat day eating habits. Because of that, I'm very happy to still be below the trendline. (I confess, a considerable amount of the willpower and common sense I usually take for granted was destroyed by drugs I took this weekend). So it goes.
Food Log
Breakfast
3:20pm Sauteed kale-spinach-onions-prosciutto-parmesan cheese and eggs.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:20am: Carrots and mayonnaise, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 12 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 46+ oz.; and a nice pour of Jameson's Select Cask-Mate Irish whiskey.
