Today's Weight:                      203.4 lbs.
Previous Weight (8/28/18):           202.0 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       + 1.4 lbs.
Diet Comment
I think this bad performance can only be due to late-night high-calorie eating. I think that because I was 100% on-plan as far as what I ate, but my huge dinner, with high-glycemic vegetables and a lot of fatty protein seems likely to be what did me in.
Food Log
Breakfast
6:00pm: Purple-green protein smoothie with home-made almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, blueberries, kale, spinach, celery, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, fo ti, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
12:45am: Dubliner cheese on buttered Ezekiel 4:19 Flax bread, cottage cheese, and a Quest bar.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 64+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey
