Previous Weight (8/7/18): 207.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain: + 0.6 lbs.
Diet Comment
What? I don't know where that weight came from. I don't. I didn't expect a weight gain - just the opposite, I expected a loss. Oh, well. Maybe today. Maybe not, because I've accepted a dinner invitation (breakfast for me) that will definitely include off-plan food. On the other hand, that may be just what I need to kick-start losing. I don't know any more.
