Food and Diet




Today's Weight:                      199.8 lbs.
Previous Weight (11/30/17):          200.2 lbs.
Net Loss/Gain:                       - 0.4 lbs.


Diet Comment
It isn't much of a loss, but it bests my previously lowest weight of the year, and there's nothing wrong with that. On top of that, yesterday was a day I felt none of the sickness of the previous days, although I did get tired earlier in the evening (around 11:30pm) than usual. I was pretty tired after tonight's gig as well, but rallied enough to enjoy a nice post-gig 'breakfast'.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:25pm: Broccoli-Quorn casserole (Quorn, broccoli, chia seeds, hemp seeds, organic tomato sauce, feta cheese).

Lunch
Skipped.

Dinner
1:15am, at Denny's: Ultimate Omelet (three eggs with crumbled sausage, bacon, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms, diced tomatoes and shredded Cheddar cheese) with hash browns and dry rye toast.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 0;   Coffee: 18 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 80+ oz.; and a shot of Jameson's Irish whiskey.
