Diet Comment
Oh, damn! I went on a bit of a late-night binge, and look what happened. Actually, I think the biggest culprit may have been the saltiness of everything I ate last night.
Food Log
Breakfast
6:30pm: Pork rinds, carrots and homemade mayonnaise.
Lunch
8:30pm: Green-purple protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, celery, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Dinner
11:55pm: Prosciutto and Dubliner cheese and walnuts with two squares of sugar-free dark chocolate.
Liquid Intake
