Food and Diet
Today's Weight: 200.2 lbs.

Diet Comment
Another day of big weight loss. There's no way this is not related to my Typhus shot - and the accompanying course of antibiotics, which is ongoing - which was still making me feel ill today - if for no other reason than that my appetite has been suppressed. I have lost more than six pounds in three days - in fact, I have lost more than I gained over the Thanksgiving weekend gluttony. If I did this while feeling well, it would be amazing, but I did not. I am glad, but also taking no credit. I am at the lowest weight of the year, but I have to assume there'll be a bounce back when I am recovered.

Breakfast
4:35pm: Green-purple protein smoothie with coconut-almond milk, kefir, large organic egg, chia gel, kale, spinach, blueberries, cherries, strawberries, whey powder (24g protein), coconut oil, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), raw organic cacao powder, moringa leaf powder, celery, cinnamon, turmeric, vanilla extract, Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds and stevia-inulin blend.
Lunch
Skipped.
Dinner
11:45pm: Cottage cheese, walnuts, and a Quest bar.
Liquid Intake
