Food and Diet




Today's Weight:                      200.6 lbs.

Diet Comment
Not only am I back where I want to be, weight-wise, and recovered from last week's Friday surprise weight, but I did it on the weekend! I admit a little pride in that.

Food Log
Breakfast
3:45pm: LEO and a salad (Lox (smoked salmon), eggs and onions = LEO. (chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, walnuts and feta cheese with balsamic vinaigrette = salad).

Lunch
6:30pm: Cottage cheese, walnuts, a Quest bar and a square of sugar-free chocolate.

Dinner
11:55pm: Brussels sprouts with shaved parmesan cheese and pork rinds, and a square of sugar-free chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Espressos: 1;   Coffee: 22 oz.;  Tea: 0 oz.;  Water: 68+ oz.;
