Diet Comment
I consider the fact that I maintained my weight (a tenth of a pound difference is just noise) a major victory, especially because I totally blew my diet only hours into the weekend with a 'breakfast' (dinner for me) at Denny's Friday night. There were quite a few off-plan meals during the weekend, including a pot-luck that contained few vegetables and no protein not wrapped in plenty of carbs.

Lunch
8:15pm: A PEO (prosciutto, eggs and onions) with a salad (chard, kale, red cabbage, spinach, feta cheese, walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette) and a square of sugar-free chocolate.
Dinner
1:15am: Carrots and celery with home-made mayonnaise, a Quest bar and a square of sugar-free chocolate.
Liquid Intake
Skipped.
Lunch
