Skipped a day due to post-gig tiredness/laziness. I have no problem staying energized for gigs, but I don't recover very quickly.

Speaking of which, there's a good chance that, rather than blog meaningless drivel (what I consider worthless stuff, not what you consider worthless, which might be everything I write), that I will skip blogging on days that I have nothing to say.

Snack
Pepperoni

Dinner
Almonds and dark chocolate.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 60+ oz
