Weekend is here. I have a full slate of gigs tonight, tomorrow and Sunday, too.

And, despite my best efforts, the post-vacation blahs have set in. I am so-o-o-o tired. Hopefully, I'll sleep a lot and get refreshed and renewed - but I suspect this is not sleep-related.

I may skip a few entries over the next few days.

OK - that's a pretty good run for vacation. Coming up: Back to normal. Loving the trend line, too.


Food Log 
Breakfast
A blueberry-kale protein shake (almond milk, blueberries, kale, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia gel, celery, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).

Lunch
Salmon salad and Spring Mix greens with balsamic vinaigrette.

Dinner
At Munjed's: Spanakopita, Greek salad, pastitsio.

Snack
Pepperoni.

Liquid Intake
   Coffee:  28 oz.   Water: 76+ oz. a beer, a shot of Redbreast Irish whiskey.
