I apologize for the missing days. I go on my little vacations with the best of intentions, bring my computer with me, and intend to keep up with everything in my down time.
This past weekend, however, I never had any down time. I was busy playing, being touristy, and cooking and eating and sleeping.
For the non-sleeping parts, the company was good, and the music allowed me to follow some paths I usually don't - into some trance, some extended jams (yeah, 'songs' measured by the hour).
And, I got a new hat.
Life is good.

Breakfast
A kale protein shake (almond milk, kale, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp protein (7g protein), chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon and stevia-inulin blend).
Lunch
Tuna salad (pole-caught tuna, celery, home-made mayonnaise) on Spring Mix greens with cole slaw blend.
Snack
Dark chocolate (72% cocoa) bar.
Dinner
Pepperoni and cheese with celery with homemade mayonnaise.
Liquid Intake
Coffee: 22 oz. Water: 90+ oz
