I felt a little 'hung over' from yesterday's blahs, and since I was going to have to take off work to visit my bank and the DMV, I just took a sick day from work, and did that stuff. Still looking for my passport.

My little eating yesterday gave me a nice loss, today, maybe more.

Food Log 
Breakfast
Skipped.

Lunch
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).

Dinner
Buffalo-style chicken breast and cole slaw.

Snack
Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin blend.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  32 oz.   Water: 24+ oz.
