Even with yesterday's late snack and shot of whiskey, lower calories have let me shed some of the previous day's excess. Today's more rigid adherence should continue the trend.

Pepperoni and cole slaw.
Dinner
Buffalo-style chicken breast on coconut Paleo bread, Dal Makhtandi (lentil and tomato curry) with broccoli.

Ezekiel 4:9 Golden Flax sprouted grain cereal with blueberries, almond milk and stevia-inulin blend. |
