Daily Comment

I didn't feel well today - just the "blahs" - but I did spend a big part of the day sleeping. I  watched a little football, only to find it uninteresting. I caught up on some of my backlogged DVRed recordings, but just didn't feel like doing anything. 

I can't remember the last time I was in Syracuse and didn't go out to at least one of my Sunday jam sessions, but that is today's story.

Diet Comment
The treats I had yesterday don't seem to have had too negative an effect, and I did lose some weight thanks to my moderation. Boy, if I could be moderate all the time, I would be a different person. No really.

Lunch
cacao-kale-hemp-chia protein shake (almond-coconut milk, kale, a large egg, raw organic cacao powder, hemp seeds, chia gel, whey powder (24g protein), cinnamon, psyllium and stevia-inulin blend).

Dinner
Skipped.

Liquid Intake   
   Coffee:  22 oz.   Water: 80+ oz.
